Ep. 11 – Ana Ohlandt; Sisters, Trust, & Guilt
Meet Ana, a mom of two and oldest of four sisters. When Ana was in high school, a close family friend violated her family’s trust. Her relationship with her sisters changed as they began to heal and she found herself wrestling with guilt; whether or not it was true, she felt like she should’ve been able to protect them and prevent the whole thing. After spending several years riddled with anger, Ana finally began to let go of the guilt and find healing. Grace showed up in restored relationships with her sisters.

- What’s your favorite meal right now? Margherita pizza (with red sauce or pesto)
- What are you doing to take care of yourself? Breaks from social media in order to use that time to get back into shape and reading Jefferson Bethke’s morning devotion
- What are you doing to be brave? Mothering her two boys while her husband prepares for and applies to medical school
